As an Engineering Manager at Wenrix, you will lead a high-impact backend engineering team powering our airfare optimization products.



What Will You Do?

Your role is about helping the team move fast and build smart. You’ll play a key part in building systems that are not only reliable and scalable, but also truly solve real customer problems and drive business impact.

While your focus will be on leading the team and driving execution, we’re looking for someone who’s also comfortable staying hands-on when needed — whether it’s reviewing code, troubleshooting production issues, or exploring new technical directions alongside the team.


What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including building and scaling backend systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
  • A strong track record of delivering production-grade systems end-to-end — from design through deployment
  • A collaborative approach to leadership — you know how to support and guide strong engineers while creating space for others to lead technically
  • Comfortable being hands-on when needed — reviewing code, unblocking issues, or jumping into architecture discussions

What Will You Do?

  • Work on hyper-growing production volume

What Will You Do?
