Senior Software Engineer
R&D | Tel Aviv | Full Time

Join the Wenrix R&D team
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will have a key role in building a complex platform that enables innovative solutions for the travel industry.
Define and build the infrastructure and products that will enable Wenrix to push our state-of-art airfare optimization products.

What Will You Do?
- Work on hyper-growing production volume
- Analyze, improve, and scale our systems' performance, scalability, and stability
- Lead the architecture and development of mission-critical, diverse, and large-scale data pipelines
- Design, develop, and test production-grade components within a micro-service architecture implemented in Python
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the R&D, Product, and Operations teams to ensure that features meet customer needs
- Dive into and master the travel tech industry

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Practical experience in building large-scale systems 
- End-to-end leader - owning features from an idea to production, working with other team members to push 
- Working with a cloud environment (AWS is an advantage)
- Proficient with Python (Advantage)
- Experience in algorithm design and implementation or Machine learning (Advantage)

Senior Big Data Engineer
R&D | Tel Aviv | Full Time

What Will You Do?
- Become a part of our growing R&D team and define and build the infrastructure and products that will enable us to push our state-of-the-art airfare optimization products
- Work on hyper-growing production volume
- Analyze and improve the performance, scalability, and stability of our wide range of system components
- Lead the architecture and development of mission-critical, diverse, and large-scale data pipelines
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Business Partners to frame problems within the business and product context

What You Bring
- 5+ years of knowledge in data engineering or database development
- Practical experience building large-scale data pipelines
- Proficient with PythonFluent with SQLEnd-to-end experience - owning features from an idea stage to production
- Familiarity with the data engineering. tech stack: ETL and ELT tools, Airflow, Spark, Kafka,SQS, RDS, Athena, etc
- Working with a cloud environment (AWS is an advantage)
- Experience with MLOps, ML production model long-term monitoring (Advantage)

Senior Data Scientist
R&D | Tel Aviv | Full Time

Our research team specializes in crafting the algorithms that drive Wenrix products. We empower our algorithms performance using Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques.
In this position, you'll work on designing and developing our AI algorithms from scratch. Also, you'll work on solving problems that require a sharp analytical mindset based on data analysis and statistical tools.


What Will You Do?
- Conduct hands-on research, analyze and interpret massive airfare related data sets on a daily basis
- Identify opportunities for leveraging our data to empower Wenrix solutions and suggest new products
- Develop and deploy the prediction/classification algorithms used within the Wenrix product suite
- Understand the architectural constraints of Wenrix's systems and work with a cross-organizational engineering and product team to quickly transition from prototype to a scalable robust implementation
- Drive measurable engagement and revenue impact through analysis and statistical models
- Work effectively in a start-up environment both independently as well as in a team

What You Bring
- Extensive relevant prior experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
- Prior experience developing end to end NLP/ML/DL pipelines (EDA, Training, Inference, Monitoring)
- Strong background and experience in NLP – Advantage
- MSc. in Mathematics/Physics/Computer Science or related field – Advantage

Product Manager
Product | Tel Aviv | Full Time

We're looking for an innovative and motivated Product Manager who will join a fast-paced environment and manage the multi-team development and operational delivery of a large portfolio of technical products by understanding business requirements, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple teams and stakeholders.
This role entails the opportunity to carry out all aspects of the product cycle while ensuring that the services are designed, built, and operate efficiently.

What Will You Do?
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
- Determine specifications, and production timetables and coordinate across different teams and professionals to keep everyone working towards a single goal
- Build the products' road map through understanding market trends and mid/long term needs of the company's customers
- Own the success of the feature once it’s released to production by running tests and optimizing performance and business results
- Work closely with the CPO, CTO, and R&D teams to help identify, prioritize, and advocate for the most significant opportunities and create and manage new opportunities from ideation to launch.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of development experience
- 2+ years of experience in product management roles
- Strong written, oral, and technical presentation skills in English
- B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent – Advantage
- Proven experience with AI and big data products – Advantage

Enterprise Customer Success Manager
Operations | Tel Aviv/Berlin | Full Time

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross-functional within the company as well as with our clients.
The lucky candidate will work closely with our Head of Customer Success to lead client engagement once the customer has gone live.

What Will You Do?
- Develop and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with your customers, collaborating with different levels of customer stakeholders, from day to day champions to executive sponsors
- Drive product implementation & adoption, ensure that the customers are leveraging our solution to achieve high business value
- Identify areas of opportunity, while translating Wenrix results into measurable performance goals
- Enable upsell opportunities and increased usage of the Wenrix product suite
- Be the voice of the customer, allow constant product feedback and advocate internally for customers needs
- Stay up to date with the most recent changes/features, making sure that the customers understand the added value of the complete Wenrix offering
- Share industry news with internal team members so the greater Wenrix team can take an active part in our customer-first approach

What You Bring
- 4+ years of Enterprise Customer Success Manager experience
- Business intuition and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment
- Familiar with technical skills (SQL, Implementing and testing APIs, etc.)

Technical Support Team Lead
Operations | Tel Aviv | Full Time

The Technical Support Team Lead, is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross functional within the company.The lucky candidate will work closely with all of the technical internal functions (Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product Managers, R&D etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.

What Will You Do?
- Take the existing infrastructure of the Support to the next level (monitoring, improve efficiency, improve processes etc.)
- Maintain a close working relationship with various teams across the organization (R&D, Product, Sales and Ops) in order to address any issue that is brought up by our customers
- Assist Wenrix’s customers and partners with their technical issues while maintaining an organized and transparent support process – all the way from the initial understanding of the issue, through thorough investigation and until reaching a full resolution
- Maintain a strict SLA, to provide the quickest and most efficient resolution while making sure that the right escalation procedure is applied in a timely manner
- A customer-first attitude – providing exceptional service while getting to the root cause of things
- Act as a product expert, identify areas of improvements and enhancements based on your knowledge, experience and customer feedback
- Sense of ownership – will be the first contact of support and have the mind-set of working in flexible hours

What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B Technical Support (Tier 3 or 4) experience, preferably in a growing start-up
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills (familiarity with basic SQL, Bash scripting, reading logs, working with Linux CLI)
- Experience working with Support systems (Jira service desk and/or equivalent products) and knowledge of best practice of the entire support cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Service orientated person who can provide exceptional service to a large range of different customers
- Ability to work independently and consistently improve processes
- Experience building the Support function from scratch in a start-up – Big Advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field - Advantage

Enterprise Account Executive
Sales | Tel-Aviv | Full Time

We are looking for a result-driven Account Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to push prospects through the sales funnel. In this position you will manage all sales and ramp-up processes with new and existing clients. You will be hunting and farming while working closely with the technical teams to sign, grow and nurture customers.

What Will You Do?
- Work closely with potential clients, demonstrating a consultative approach.
- Maintain a healthy business relationship with key stakeholders to increase sales within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships, deliver value and grow partnerships.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales process from qualification to closure.
- Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to prepare the best suited offering to prospects and clients.
- Update client data and communications within the CRM.

What You Bring
- 5+ years in a client facing role, working with enterprise accounts, Inbound & Outbound.
- Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills.
