Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Dive into and master the travel tech industry

DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities
- Promote infrastructure initiatives, improvement and designs – focus on reliability, scalability and efficiency    
- Design, build, and optimize applications' containerizations and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes    
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines    
- Produce automation scripts to integrate between services and increase efficiency    
- Design, build and tune ML infrastructure (pipelines, data engineering, training, backtesting, serving, etc.)    
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and the latest tools    
- Help your team move fast by building, deploying and monitoring its services in production
- Create and maintain system observability and monitoring

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with Linux administration, an understanding of system performance areas    
- Experience with cloud computing (e.g. Amazon, Google Cloud, etc.)    
- Hands-on experience with two or more scripting languages (such as: Bash/Ruby/Python)    
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration frameworks    
- Ability to carry out monitoring and performance metrics analysis using common monitoring tools (e.g. ELK, Grafana, NewRelic, etc.)
Advantages:

Data Analyst

Wenrix is looking for our first data analyst to boost our product visibility and decision making process. We are looking for someone who loves to work with data and is passionate about making decisions based on it.
In Wenrix, you’ll have the opportunity to define the way we measure our product and impact the roadmap significantly. 

Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst or similar (preferably with a B2B SaaS with different customer segments)
- 3+ years of experience querying databases (proficiency in SQL)
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau/Periscope/Sisense/PowerBI) - Advantage
- Data analysis in scripting environment (Python/R) - Advantage
- Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, detail-oriented and creative mind
- Advanced communication and presentation skills and the ability to work closely with all management levels to determine acceptable solutions

Senior Data Scientist
R&D | Tel Aviv | Full Time

Our research team specializes in crafting the algorithms that drive Wenrix products. We empower our algorithms performance using Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques. In this position you'll work on designing and developing our AI algorithms from scratch. Also, you'll work on solving problems that require a sharp analytical mindset based on data analysis and statistical tools.

Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on research, analyze and interpret data on a daily basis
- Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to empower Wenrix solutions
- Work on the prediction ML algorithms to boost the performance
- Understand the architectural constraints of Wenrix's systems and work with a cross-organizational engineering and product team to quickly  transition from prototype to a scalable robust implementation
- Drive measurable engagement and revenue impact through analysis and statistical models
- Help the team to learn and understand trends in our clients data
- Work effectively in a start-up environment both independently as well as in a team.

Requirements

Data Engineer

Define and build the infrastructure and products  to enable the company to push our state-of-art airfare optimization products based on airfare predictions 

Responsibilities
- Work on hyper-growing production volume
- Analyze and improve the performance, scalability, and stability of our wide range of system components 
- Lead the architecture and development of mission-critical, diverse and large-scale data pipelines
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Product Managers, and Business Partners to frame problems within the business and product context

Requirements
- 3+ years of knowledge in data engineering or database development
- Practical experience building large-scale data pipelines
- Proficient with PythonFluent with SQL
- End-to-end experience - owning features from an idea stage to production
- Familiarity with the data engineering tech stack: ETL and ELT tools, Airflow, Spark, Kafka ,SQS, RDS, Athena, etc

Technical Support Team Lead

The Technical Support Team Lead, is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross functional within the company.
The lucky candidate will work closely with all of the technical internal functions (Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product Managers, R&D etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
-Design and build the infrastructure of the Support function at the company from scratch (define and measure SLA’s, relevant tooling, communication with customers)
-Maintain a close working relationship with various teams across the organization (R&D, Product, Sales and Ops) in order to address any issue that is brought up by our customers
-Assist Wenrix’s customers and partners with their technical issues while maintaining an organized and transparent support process – all the way from the initial understanding of the issue, through thorough investigation and until reaching a full resolution
-Maintain a strict SLA, to provide the quickest and most efficient resolution while making sure that the right escalation procedure is applied in a timely manner
-A customer-first attitude – providing exceptional service while getting to the root cause of things
-Act as a product expert, identify areas of improvements and enhancements based on your knowledge, experience and customer feedback
-Sense of ownership – will be the first contact of support and have the mind-set of working in flexible hours

Requirements
-3+ years of B2B Technical Support (Tier 3 or 4) experience, preferably in a growing start-up – Must

Enterprise Account Executive

We are looking for a result-driven Account Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to push prospects through the sales funnel.
In this position you will manage all sales and ramp-up processes with new and existing clients.
You will be hunting and farming while working closely with the technical teams to sign, grow and nurture customers.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with potential clients, demonstrating a consultative approach.
