Senior Software Engineer
R&D | Tel Aviv | Full Time

Join the Wenrix R&D team
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will have a key role in building a complex platform that enables innovative solutions for the travel industry.
Define and build the infrastructure and products that will enable Wenrix to push our state-of-art airfare optimization products.

What Will You Do?
- Work on hyper-growing production volume
- Analyze, improve, and scale our systems' performance, scalability, and stability
- Lead the architecture and development of mission-critical, diverse, and large-scale data pipelines
- Design, develop, and test production-grade components within a micro-service architecture implemented in Python
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the R&D, Product, and Operations teams to ensure that features meet customer needs
- Dive into and master the travel tech industry

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Practical experience in building large-scale systems 
- End-to-end leader - owning features from an idea to production, working with other team members to push 
- Working with a cloud environment (AWS is an advantage)
- Proficient with Python (Advantage)
- Experience in algorithm design and implementation or Machine learning (Advantage)

Solution Architect
Operations | Tel Aviv | Full Time

The Solution Architect is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross-functionally within the company. The lucky candidate will work closely with our VP of Operations and Sales team to lead all the technical aspects of the customer cycle - from initial contact to account management.

What Will You Do?
- Understand the customer's requirements and integrate Wenrix's solutions into their environment
- Assist with the sales cycle and lead all the technical aspects - present technical pilots, design the architecture and execute the deployment
- Manage long-term projects and deliver on time
- Handle customer success processes to gain and build trust with the client in order to bring added value

What You Bring
- Business intuition and the ability to work in a customer-facing environment
- Strong written, oral, and technical presentation skills in English
- Fluent in SQL (Postgres/MySql) – Advantage
- Prior experience as full-stack/back-end software developer - Advantage
- 1-3 years of Enterprise B2B experience in a technical client-facing role (sales engineer, consulting, project management) – Advantage
- Familiar with AI and Big Data – Advantage

Customer Success Manager (GDS/OTA)
Operations | Tel Aviv/Berlin | Full Time

The Customer Success Manager (GDS/OTA) is a dynamic position that requires the ability to assist the clients with any technical issues related to the GDS’s (Amadeus, Sabre and Travelport) while using and adopting the Wenrix product suite.
The lucky candidate will work closely with our Head of Customer Success to lead client engagement once the customer has gone live.

What Will You Do?
- Develop and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with your customers, collaborating with different levels of customer stakeholders, from day to day champions to executive sponsors
- Lead & Resolve GDS operational tasks to ensure maximum value to Wenrix customers, escalate internally to technical functions if needed
- Drive product adoption, ensure that the customers are leveraging our solution to achieve high business value
- Enable upsell opportunities and increased usage of the Wenrix product suite-Be the voice of the customer, allow constant product feedback and advocate internally for customers needs
- Stay up to date with the most recent changes/features of the GDS’s, making sure that the customers understand the added value of the complete Wenrix offering  
- Share industry news with internal team members so the greater Wenrix team can take an active part in our customer-first approach 

What You Bring
- Business intuition and the ability to work in a customer facing environment
- Extensive hands-on experience with GDS’s (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport)
- A "can-do attitude" that gets things done no matter what
- Experience working with cross functional teams on projects

Technical Customer Success Manager

The Technical Customer Success Manager is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross-functional within the company as well as with our technical clients.
The lucky candidate will work closely with our Head of Customer Success to lead client engagement once the customer has gone live.

What Will You Do?
- Develop and maintain a trusted advisory relationship with your customers, collaborating with different levels of customer stakeholders, from day to day champions to executive sponsors
- Drive product implementation & adoption, ensure that the customers are leveraging our solution to achieve high business value- Identify areas of opportunity, while translating Wenrix results into measurable performance goals

Technical Support Engineer
Operations | Tel Aviv | Full Time

The Technical Support Engineer is a dynamic position that requires the ability to work cross functional within the company.
The lucky candidate will work closely with all of the technical internal functions (Solution Architects, Customer Success, Product Managers, R&D etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.

What Will You Do?
-
As part of the support team, you will address any technical issues that are brought up by our customers and partners, all the way from the initial understanding, thorough investigation, and until reaching a full resolution.
- You will also monitor operational tasks to ensure maximum value to Wenrix customers, maintain a strict SLA to provide the quickest and most efficient resolution while making sure that the right escalation procedure is applied in a timely manner.

What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B Technical Support (Tier 3 or 4) experience – Must
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills (hands-on with SQL, Bash scripting, reading logs, working with Linux CLI) – Must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Must
- Service-orientated person who can provide exceptional service to a large range of different customers – Must
- Experience working with Support systems (Jira service desk and/or equivalent products) - Must
- Ability to work independently and consistently improve processes- Experience working with GDS web-services – Very big advantage

Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Sales | Tel-Aviv | Full Time

We are looking for a result-driven Account Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to push prospects through the sales funnel.
In this position you will manage all sales and ramp-up processes with new and existing clients.
You will be hunting and farming while working closely with the technical teams to sign, grow and nurture customers.

What Will You Do?
- Work closely with potential clients, demonstrating a consultative approach.
- Maintain a healthy business relationship with key stakeholders to increase sales within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to deepen relationships, deliver value and grow partnerships.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations.
- Manage the entire sales process from qualification to closure.
- Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline.
- Work closely with the pre-sales team to prepare the best suited offering to prospects and clients.
- Update client data and communications within the CRM.

What You Bring
- 5+ years in a client facing role, working with enterprise accounts, Inbound & Outbound.
- Proven experience in accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth start-up working environment.
- Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed.
- Problem-solver, resourceful and independent.
